BD Server ping problem

We are regular Free Fire players from Bangladesh Server. We love to play this game and we have our emotions attached to it. We fought for a new server in the hope that our problems would be fixed. But after the server launch we thought that our demand would get fulfilled within one month. But now it’s almost 2 months since we didn’t get any proper reply from you guys to help us or fulfill our demand. None of our problems have been solved. But now these problems are intolerable. Now we want to get a proper excuse and help from you to fulfill our demands.

It’s a big issue for all Bangladeshi Free Fire players!! The problems which should be fixed-

1) PING ISSUES. (heavy ping and fake ping)

2) REDUCE DIAMOND PRICE.(Diamond price should be compared with other server’s price and currency value) + ALSO NEED AN EASY WAY TO BUY DIAMONDS AND AIRDROPS DIRECTLY FROM GARENA USING BANGLADESHI MOBILE BANKING SYSTEM)

3) MAKE A LIMIT OF DIAMONDS WASTE IN PLINKO AND OTHER EVENTS.(WE DON’T WANT UNLIMITED DIAMONDS EVENTS. IT MAKES SOCIAL PROBLEM IN BANGLADESH. KIDS ARE HAVING PROBLEM WITH FAMILIES AND THEN PARENTS ARE GETTING ANGRY THEN PRTOSTING TO BAN FREE FIRE)

4)GOOD EVENTS ACCORDING TO OUR NATIONAL AND RELIGIOUS OCCASIONS.( OTHER SERVER PEOPLES REALLY GET AWESOME NATIONAL AND RELIGIOUS OCCASIONS EVENTS BUT ON OTHER HAND WE GET ALMOST NOTHING.)

5)FIX FAKE DAMAGES,PING AND GLITCHES(WINDOW JAMMED, GLOO WALL,PING DELAYS,ETC).

6)HACKERS SHOULD BE BAN OR ANTI-HACK SHOULD BE USED.AND THOSE WHO ARE PLAYING WITH HACKERS THEY SHOULD ALSO GET BAN.(EVEN WHO TAKES HACKER IN THEIR TEAM TO PLAY GAMES THEIR ID SHOULD BE BANNED)

7)MORE OFFICIAL TOURNAMENTS FOR BANGLADESHI PLAYERS.(WE WANT MORE OFFICIAL E-SPORTS)

8)IN BANGLADESHI JERSEY VEST SHOULD BE HIDDEN.
9) WE DON’T WANT INDIAN COPY SERVER( WE DON’T WANT TO BE IN SUB-SURVER WE WANT SEPARATE SERVER WITH SEPARATE POLICIS)
10) WE WANT MORE BANGLADESHI MODERATORS WHO WILL UNDERSTAND OUR DEMANDS.
